Greg Cannon

Born in Elliot Lake, Ontario, and educated across the North, Greg's paintings are inspired by the natural beauty of Northern Ontario and from his travels as a contractor before he retired to live on a sailboat on Lake Huron (or wherever his sails take him).

Greg typically paints in oil with a heavy impasto but also strays into bringing his 40 years of experience as a welder and mechanic into metal sculpture and multi-media art using both his painting skill on metal.

K.M. Cannon, a business and data analyst with a background in finance and federal government, calls Blind River, Ontario, her home port. Passionate about literacy and nurturing young writers, she actively supports these causes. She is involved in the Freelancer’s Union, the Online News Association, the Sudbury Arts Council, and the Sudbury Writer’s Guild. As a freelance writer, she serves clients globally.

K.M. lives year-round on her boat, sailing the Great Lakes with friends and family during the warmer months and anchoring in cozy harbors during the colder seasons. She indulges in video games and writing books, creating escapes into realms of imagination.
