Commissioned art sales

Commissioned pieces are subject to a 50% non-refundable deposit with the balance due on completion of the piece. As these are unique to the person who commissioned the artwork, unless stated in writing, no commissions will be sold as a print and are "one-off" pieces with no two being exactly the same. Paintings will always be painted in a mix of acrylic and oil on gallery-quality stretched canvas. Once completed and delivered, commissioned artwork is final sale only.

Non-Commissioned art sales

Most originals have been donated to charity to be auctioned off for causes the artist selects, including CNIB and others. Prints are then sold through a gallery-approved POD for affordable prints in addition to limited run signed and numbered prints produced in Canada.

Returns on POD-created prints are subject to the POD's return policy.

Original artwork and limited-run prints are final sale only. Original work and limited-run prints are only available through contacting us directly and will not be included in the web store.

Books

Books sold from major retailers are subject to that retailer's return policy.

Books sold directly from the author sold directly are final sale only unless the books arrive damaged. If a book arrives and it's damaged, please get a hold of us with pictures and tracking numbers to begin the claims process and to replace the book.
