Church on a Lake

The story goes with this is that Greg went to a thrift shop looking for old paintings to paint over as well as frames to use. He found a painting that had been started and then abandoned. He bought it (intending to use the frame for another painting), and someone visited him in his studio and suggested he finish the painting... which he did.
